Vital Herbal Quercetin with Bromelain Review
Although many of this product's benefits are attractive, I purchased it to use in concert with more standard prostate supplementation (saw palmetto, betasitosterol, stinging nettle, etc) because of indications that actual shrinkage of the prostate could possibly be a benefit. I started taking this Quercetin supplement just one week ago, and I am excited to report that my dribbly, spraying, erratic "stream" has already become a steady confined stream allowing me to void in half the time. I am hoping as time goes along that the volume of the stream will increase further and the need to go will be reduced. I will advise again as time goes along, especially if more improvement is achieved.
