Virginia girl transplanted to southern california long enough ago to be considered a native.

Chicagoland - but spent almost 16 yr in St. Petersburg Florida. I was one of those people saying "I could never move back up North". I was a marathon runner, and had 2 vacations planned at any given time. Then the kids arrived and the divorce was happening, and all of a sudden I needed to be near the family!

I'm from sunny Queensland, Australia. Currently experiencing the wettest summer ever. Where by this time of year we would normally be sick of the oppressive heat and praying for a bit of rain, this time round everyone is hoping the sun might make an appearance one of these days.

I'm from right outside of Baltimore too! Bel Air to be more specific. And I also now live outside of Atlanta! Where in Baltimore are you from? I just moved to Atlanta a year and a half ago for my first teaching job. Don't know that I'll stay here forever but I love where I teach =)

I know exactly where that is, too funny. It is a really tough time teaching in Georgia right now, especially for art teachers (which of course is what I do!). With all of the cut backs I was lucky to get a job last year, and to still have one this year. I work in Stockbridge, right south of Atlanta. Where are you?
