For the last 3 days, I have been incredibly stressed out because of work.
I'm so tired that I feel like I'm about to go to bed and not wake up(

I was in the same boat. I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. I'm glad that I found local therapist here in Sydney, he helped me a lot. Some time ago I found info about counselling therapies and decided to try it. They offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches including: Art Therapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and Family Therapy etc. I think finding the right specialist could help to solve any issues faster.

Every time I relieve stress in different ways. It all depends on the situation in which it occurred. Sometimes alcohol helps me, sometimes sports, and sometimes I can play video games.

We all face with stress every day. Personally, yoga and sports help me to get rid of negative thoughts, I always liked to learn something mistic about our life, and what can influnce it. Recently I learned about the 33 life path and became interested in numerology. It is very educational and helps me motivate myself towards my goals.
