I was in the same boat. I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. I'm glad that I found local therapist here in Sydney, he helped me a lot. Some time ago I found info about counselling therapies and decided to try it. They offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches including: Art Therapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and Family Therapy etc. I think finding the right specialist could help to solve any issues faster.

We all face with stress every day. Personally, yoga and sports help me to get rid of negative thoughts, I always liked to learn something mistic about our life, and what can influnce it. Recently I learned about the 33 life path and became interested in numerology. It is very educational and helps me motivate myself towards my goals.
