If all you want is to burn enough fat to let you see your six pack abs, while at the same time you increase a lot of muscle mass, then ... FIRST you need to gain a lot of muscle as you accept the inevitable fact that you are going to gain some fat in the process, and after you have gained a lot of muscle mass ... Obtaining a firm and slender musculature in the legs, is possible based on strength exercises to tone. Also, the characteristics of this program, make it possible to harden and increase the force without exaggerated growth of the musculature.
