If I wanted to counteract the effect of a shiny bald exfoliate the skin from time to time and would always carry wet wipes to clean the scalp, I would remove that oil throughout the day before it accumulated and completely avoid products or creams with an oil base. At the visual level I think I like more a matte finished head but always wear a shiny bald is better proposal to keep the skin elastic and healthy.
