So it's Beer Week in my Town and...
 

I took yesterday off of work and my brother came down for the day and we had a glorious & glutinous day :D
Hit up a couple of pubs and feasted on a humongous double bacon cheeseburger complete w/ fries.
I have not eaten something like that in a couple of years and it sinfully delicious!

So now it's back to work, back to the gym and sensible eating.... it was fun while it lasted.
