I've been a scale addict and am trying to break my addiction so I don't live and die by those numbers and fluctuations. To that end, I am weighing myself once a week. I would actually buy scales when I went to on long vacations. No more. I actually feel better not waking up and having the first thing I do jumping on that scale.
