Default Where to get information on often unreported minerals

I find that many nutritional labels and product websites fail to give information on phosphorus, selenium, manganese, magnesium, among others.

I'll also look at these same products in the fitday database, and they'll have values other than zero for these items.

Where does that information come from, if not the product's nutritional label or the product website.
