Easy way to log in almonds

So... today I counted how many almonds there were in 100 grams and it turns out there are 100!!! So if you want to log in almonds, 1 gram, equals 1 almond :p

Well i think that this may not be the same every time ,it depends on the size of the almond .
I have seen really big and on the other hand really small almonds !
I believe that the best way to calculate the calories ,if you want to be so precise ,is to weigh the amount of calories you want and then make the calculation according to their 100 grams value ,which is 578 (raw and unsalted)
