Salmon Fat Content - Remember to check which kind...

I noticed in my log that my salmon entries seemed extremely low in fat, while they cuts I was eating were deliciously oily! I was getting wegmans' farm raised atlantic which is low in sodium but pretty fatty, and I think the fitday entries that just say "fish, salmon, raw" etc. are implying wild caught pacific type or something else, because in the data the fat content is about 40-50% as much.

Just remember to double check your sources and make sure they are similar to the data you see in fitday ;)
