Default If the coupon said "free doughnut," that means calorie free....right?

lol.....OK, I ate a doughnut today. I need to be accountable so I am coming out and admitting it. I had a coupon for a free doughnut and I just couldn't not use it. I thought of giving it to someone in the store, but I didn't want to be responsible for making a random person less healthy (ok, that was just an excuse....because it was my coupon and MY doughnut!!! )

I figure, since the coupon said "free doughnut" they actually meant "calorie-free doughnut"......that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I'll just run a little further tomorrow while exercising and it will all even out somewhere.
