Is there a standard to expressing macronutrient ratios?

Is there a standard to expressing macronutrient ratios?
I'd really like to know if macronutrients should be expressed as
carb-fat-protein (which makes sense because it's alphabetical)
or
carb-protein-fat (as many on FD express it)
or
fat-carb-protein (as it's expressed in FD's Food Journal)
or
(insert your preference here)
or
(the list goes on, depending on what website you visit. For example, here it's listed as protein-fat-carbs:
Macronutrient Ratios | CaloriesPerHour.com)
Really, is there a STANDARD way to express it? I ask because it's confusing when someone states ratios and there doesn't appear to be a standard, or if there is a standard, nobody seems to know what the standard is.
This has been puzzling me for a long time.
