More fiber than carbs?
I just bought some frozen artichoke hearts and the nutrition label lists 4 grms carbs and 5 grms fiber - is this possible? Even celery has more carbs than fiber.

maybe 4 net carbs? some companies will subtract fiber from carbs and post them as net carbs to attract customers

This happens sometimes on food labels due to rounding errors when they process the contents on a larger scale. They round to the nearest grm, so the numbers may have come out to 4.4 grms carbs and 4.5 grms fiber per serving after analyzing a truckload of the stuff.
I did have a fiber supplement once that listed 4 grams of fiber and broke it down to 4 grams of soluble and 4 grams of insoluble. Somebody clearly made a mistake on that one.
