Default Good Micronutrients/Minerals resource

At one time someone here suggested that FitDay recommend foods to you if you found you were deficient in any of your RDA's. I found this really nice resource today which appears to cover everything:



PS: This may come in handy as well. It lists milligrams of potassium per calorie of food, so if you're having difficulty meeting your RDA for K this should help:
