Have lost all my target weight and more and now maintaining my current weight by eating <20% carbs, 30% protein, and >50% fat. If you crave carbs, (like I did), don't eat any grains, cereals, sugary or starchy foods for a few weeks. Stick to salads and vegetables, and low carb fruits like berries, melons, tomatoes, and citrus fruits. I've completely curbed my carb cravings by doing this. Remember, everyone's different, and everyone looses weight differently. But definitely recommend doing this.
