why does cooked asparagus have fat?

It is being steamed in water and comes up 4 grams of fat.

Does anyone know why? thanks!

Seems to be a quirk in the program, it assumes you are going to add butter or margarine if you just search for a cooked vegetable. Some of FitDay's foods are listed kinda funny and you have to get used to the lingo a bit. Try searching "asparagus fat not added in cooking". A lot of the time I have to add "raw" to a food to get a value that doesn't add in extra fat, I try very hard to not add fat when I'm cooking. I also check values against CalorieKing.com and have added the 97% lean ground beef and boneless skinless chicken breasts that are staples in my diet to my custom foods.

Thanks! I was thinking that might be the case and wow, too bad. I just put lemon juice on my veggies and am good to go!
