I’m considering getting a tooth gem, but I’ve got a few questions. Are tooth gems safe for enamel? I've read mixed opinions, and I want to make sure I won’t damage my teeth in the long run. Also, how long do they typically stay on? I’d love something that lasts but can be removed without too much trouble. If anyone has had experience with them, what should I expect in terms of maintenance? Any specific brands or types that you’d recommend (or suggest avoiding)?
