Default Where are my calories coming from? Am I meeting my nutrient requirements?

Calories Intake:

March 28, 2023. Tuesday total: 1457 calories

Breakfast: 200ml of 2% milk (100 calories), one burger (410 calories)

Lunch: One bowl of white rice (242 calories), some green vegetables (7 calories), and 8 pieces of small ribs (around 0.2 pounds, 319 calories).

Between lunch and dinner: an apple (95)

Dinner: Half a bag of instant noddle (94 calories), some scrambled egg (91 calories), three shrimp (99 calories).



March 29, 2023. Wednesday (total: 1242 calories)

Breakfast: 200ml of 2% milk (100 calories), one piece of toast (75 calories), and three pieces of crackers (81 calories).

Lunch: A cup of whole milk yogurt (149 calories), a donut (190 calories), and a pear (100 calories).

Between lunch and dinner: A cup of ice cream (137 calories).

Dinner: A bowl of fried rice (333 calories), some green vegetables (7 calories), and some steamed fish (50 grams, 70 calories).



March 30, 2023. Thursday (total: 1329 calories)

Breakfast: A glass of water (0 calories), a cup of whole milk yogurt (149 calories), and a bun (77 calories)

Lunch: A bowl of beef stew (235 calories), a bowl of white rice (242 calories), and some green vegetables (7 calories).

Between lunch and dinner: 3 pieces of crackers (81 calories).

Dinner: One boiled egg (78 calories), one 400 gram of steamed lobster (360 calories), and some vegetable salad (100 calories).

It's important to keep track of calorie intake for maintaining a healthy diet. Keep it up.
