March 28, 2023. Tuesday (total: 1457 calories)
Breakfast: 200ml of 2% milk (100 calories), one burger (410 calories)
Lunch: One bowl of white rice (242 calories), some green vegetables (7 calories), and 8 pieces of small ribs (around 0.2 pounds, 319 calories).
Between lunch and dinner: an apple (95)
Dinner: Half a bag of instant noddle (94 calories), some scrambled egg (91 calories), three shrimp (99 calories).
March 29, 2023. Wednesday (total: 1242 calories)
Breakfast: 200ml of 2% milk (100 calories), one piece of toast (75 calories), and three pieces of crackers (81 calories).
