Unless you are body building it wont matter. If you are trying to put on lean mass, soy does not have the same amino acid profile that whey does making whey your better choice.

Are you suggesting she should base her decision on just that one BV? :confused:

There are many competitive vegan bodybuilders who do not use whey protein. The debate over soy vs whey will probably never end. :rolleyes:

I am a vegetarian but I don't use either because I get enough protein from the food I eat. My protein was 42% (127.6) of my 1202 cals today. :)

I just saw the OP's post that she bought both.

bettmrr, combining the unflavored soy with the strawberry whey would actually give you the optimal benefits from both proteins! :D
