New Question(s)
*Does your body go into "starvation mode" even if does not feel hungry?
For the first time in a long time, well as long as I can remember, it was 8PM I hadn't eaten dinner and I wasn't hungry. I had about 1100 calories that day and burned about 2800. I even made dinner and it was just sitting there, and I didn't want to eat. I had 1/2 C just to put nutrients in my body.
*Does your body go into "starvation mode" for nutrients as well?
If you have never eaten a lot of a certain nutrient, like I don't like drinking milk and have never drank milk often or eaten cereal or anything so I don't get a lot of calcium, if you eat a little does your body obsorb as much as possible and more efficiently then eating a good amount everyday?
I'm sure it is better just to get the recommended amount either way.
How does fasting play into this idea? I hear fasting is good for you body every now and again.
