Pantothenic acid
My Walmart Equate Men’s 50+ vitamin supplement says it’s giving me 100% of my min. daily requirement, but I’m not getting “credit” on my food log. There is no place (field) to add it when I customize my own vitamin capsule. Can the mods help me out with this conundrum? |
good!!!!!extremely helpful

When you create a custom food, there is a field for Vitamin E. Look in the column on the right.

Pantothenic acid is not Vitamin E.... rather it is Vitamin B5. Why do you recommend putting in it the Vitamin E column?

Kathy, 2 1/2 years since you suggested a way to enter Pantothenic acid in my customized multi-vitamin... are you still moderating? Has anyone there figured out how I might add a number to my chart?

Yes, it's been quite a while since I gave that reply. Now I have to figure out WHY I gave that reply...
