Default Count Muti-vitamins?

Due I count my daily multi-vitamin on my food log as nutrition for the day?

If not, how due I account for them.

That is a good question. If you do count them, you won't really know how much nutrition you are getting from your food. For now I am not including them, but making a point of taking supplements where I am coming up short in the nutrition department. For example, I am low on Vit D, Vit E, calcium and magnesium, so I am taking those particular supplements. I am doing very well on the B vitamins, most are over 200% so I am not supplementing them.

You could add them if you wish to see how you are doing with them included, it is whatever works best for you.

Thanks, good point about knowing exactly what you are eating. Think I will not count the muti-vitamins for now.
