I struggle to get enough protein through food in my diet. I was wondering what protein powders you would recommend. I was looking into BPI IsoHD or Dymatize Iso100. I'm lactose intolerant so I was aiming for an isolate protein that was lactose free.

Oh definitely try some rice/pea protein blends! They don't contain any dairy whatsoever. I've never had any issue digesting vegan proteins.

This article mentions a few rice/pea protein brands that you might want to give a go :)

Natural source of protein is much healthier than the supplement.
Try to eat eggs, oats, milk, cheese, chicken, fish, almonds, meat.

It always better to get protein through real foods. Try to avoid supplements if you wanna take supplements then first consult with a doctor.
