Vitamin % listing
I came across a discrepancy while checking up on my B-12 intake: The 'Food Label' for an egg lists B-12 as 9%, but the 'Nutrition' tab shows B-12 to be 24%. Why the difference? Is this a typo, or does the food label compare different information to get their %?

Further, I have noticed that my vitamin B-12 intake seems ridiculously high. When I checked, my daily intake only equaled about half what my daily nutrition report said. Now I don't trust any of the Fitday reports and feel I've wasted a lot of time entering accurate nutrtional info only to get inaccurate reports.

I have noticed the same thing. My nutrition information on the package says one thing and the Fitday report says another. I am going to ignore the Fitday %s and use the reports just as a straight up food journal to give to my trainer. Sorry I can't help.
