Fatty acids

I simply love eating fish but after finding out that is has essential elements namely fatty acids that are vital for our body i became even more enthusiastic about it. Guys i strongly recommend including fish in your diet or where else we can get these essentials from?

Does it matter what kind of fish you eat? One more question what type of fatty acids does fish include?

robertslinda 04-08-2014 10:59 AM

nope, some fish types are especially rich in omega 3 fatty acids for example salmon, sardines, smelt are rich in omegas.

Fatty acids are produced by the hydrolysis of the ester linkages in a fat or biological oil (both of which are triglycerides), with the removal of glycerol. See oleochemicals.
