Another go 'round
 

Hi all!

My name is Stephanie. I've had an account on FitDay since 2002. I lost 45 pounds the first time I did this and loved the way the website worked. Since 2002, I've graduated from college a few times, lived through some crappy relationships, fell in love, got married, had a baby and gained 100 pounds. The good in my life has definitely outweighed the bad, but I do wish that the weight of my bad health decisions didn't continue to follow me.

I've learned a lot about exercise and nutrition over the last decade and I want to be smarter about my weight loss this time around. I'm into local and organic eating, exercise that is actually fun and despite all the calories, delicious deserts.
