New to FitDay... So far I like it.
 

New on here... I have been bodybuilding for about 7 years. I am 6 ft 2, 220 lbs at about 12.8% right now. I am trying to get back to 245 at about 10%, but an injury in Iraq has caused some setbacks. Can not be upset with my setbacks though. I graduated high school 6 2'' and 128lbs.
So far I like the Fitday site. It has made logging my food intake a lot easier which is nice with a one month old.
