Intro
Hello all!
Was recommended this site by a friend and saw they had forums so thought I would check it out. Not really new to fitness or weight loss. This time I am not trying to lose weight but rather build muscle and lower body fat percentage. I have two kids and was able to lose the baby weight, always had issues with the booty hip thigh area though. With the first I ended up at 149 and got down to 107 by the time I got preggo with the second. After the second got up to 125 and then lost it to 100. The numbers sound crazy but I am only 4 feet 10 so 125 is high on my small build and frame. Anyways, doing the diet and workout thing, train for Capoiera 3 times a week, and am working on finishing my personal training certs. Like the site so far. Best wishes to all! |
