Default Starting over

I started using Fit Day a little under a year ago, and stuck with it for a little while, but then got away from it. Since that time I have gained back and then some.... So here goes again. My hope is simply to raise my awareness on what choices I make and will hopefully see some results as I go.

Hi Mayberly. I've found the weekly motivation thread very useful. People post their daily goals for the week and report in as to how they're doing. People there are friendly and supportive - and offer encouragement just when needed. A new thread starts fresh each Monday. Here's this week's:
