Hello from Boston!
Hi. I am looking forward to using the tools on Fitday to manage calories in and out. I am female, 57, currently at 182 lbs. My current goal is 160 by mid August. I already work out pretty intensely, but I eat a lot of crap. Hoping that writing it down and looking at the numbers will help me stop that.

Welcome, wikiebos. How are you doing so far? I found that logging everything really helped me think about what I was putting into my mouth.
