Calorie reading

Hi everyone:

Okay, my mistake. The weight report is just a goal for each day.

So my question is:

If the net calorie total has a negative sign in front of the number of calories,

is that a good thing?

Thanks

Negative is good.

Net calories are the calories you eat minus the calories you burn. Negative means you've burned more calories than you've eaten.
