Lighter IS Brighter!
Hi to All

I am new today. A friend who lost 180lbs told me about this site. I am very impressed with all the time, energy, and thought that was sacrificed to produce this site!!!
I have 80lbs to loose, and I vow to be true about my daily eating routines. I went over by 300cal today, but I am not discouraged. Tomorrow will be better.
It's not going to be eash, but with tne support and feedback from you all, I know we can all accomplish our goals; no one wants to be a slave, especially to food!!!
I will try to e courage you all also, so that we can avoid popping pills in our older years!!

Hi madame super moderator!
I made it through today, with calories to spear. I worked hard, and exercised for 111min (this inculdes warm-up/cool-down time). I had a successful day, and I am equally charged for tomorrows arrival .
I will be studying your articles closely this week.
F Y I -I am a strict vegetarian, as well as my 3 teens and husband! 19 years as such (a vegie that is). I cut cheese out 3 yrs ago, cut eggs out 9 mnths ago, and I will soon cut out butter and milk. Looking forward to that day. Still have a challenge with Olive Oil, and other oils. Which oil is lowest in caloric value???
