Good Morning!
I have been on and off this site for the past few years. I get serious and then lose my traction. I joined again this week and I am hoping this time sticks because I am at my highest weight ever. 182. 5'6". 34 years old.
My goal is to be down to 150 by the beginning of June. That is 32 pounds in 21 weeks. A goal of 1.52 pounds a week.
I am combining eating healthier and exercising. I don't want to set unrealistic parameters so my goals are as follows:
stretch-daily
count calories-1600-daily-one cheat day per week
eat-healthier
walk-30 minutes 3-4x week
strength exercise-2-3x week
drink lots of water-I have heard 1 oz for every 2 pounds of weight so that would be 91 ounces-which is a LOT-so my goal is 62 ounces a day
log every day
