Hello, and why I'm here :)

Hi there,

I'm 15, around 10 st 4 lbs at 5 ft 6. I'm looking to lose weight as I became engaged this year and I'm looking at trying on dresses around February/March time for our 2014 wedding.

I've purchased the Jillian Michaels work out dvd boxsets and I'm trying to find a diet to suit me - I am such a carb fiend!
