A Few Questions...

Hello!
I am nearing the end of week 1 here at FitDay and am already seeing how important of a tool this could be for my fitness. I just have a few questions that I was hoping some of you could answer...
1. I don't really understand the lifestyle part. I mean, at work, I am on my feet for 98% of the shift, but that is only for 8 hours of the day. The other time is usually spent not standing - therefore a different lifestyle. Is there any way to change that? I find that by saying I stand for 23 hours a day, my calories burnt number is way to high.
2. Is it just me or is pop (like Coke or 7 UP) are not options... I can't find them. I know that I should probably just not have them, but in order to be completely accurate (and honest) I can't seem to find them.
3. Is the FitDay premium really worth the upgrade? From users... I would love to hear if it is a big deal or if you can be successful without it.
Thanks in advance,
Jared

I second the notion of adding a custom food of coca-cola or Sprite (or whatever). The simple act of reading the nutritional information on a package or can tells you how small the portions are (3 servings in a can, for example) so that your can understand how many calories you've eaten of that food.
