Hello - New to Group
Hello everyone - I am new to Fitday and really loving the food and activity logs. I'm working hard to lose 105lbs, and get my BMI in order. I have quite a challenge ahead. I look forward to reading the posts, learning, and sharing with many. I wish everyone success in all your fitness goals.

I am new to the group also
Im new too. I am so excited to start my diet. I am gettin married in may so I thought I could shed a few pds before the big day. I have a few months too prepare. It feels so good and I am so motivated. Wish you all the success in your diet as well.

Welcome, both of you! I have found the site helpful in keeping me on track with my eating plan and being encouraged to exercise. I hope you both find it helpful as well! Congratulations on taking the first steps!
