  • Hello. I have lifted weights for a few years and I just got the green light to start weight lifting again after a six month layoff due to an injury.
    I need to lose 35 pounds. I'm here to track my macros and keep track of my weight loss and muscle gain.

    Hi. I don't mind at all. I am 38, I'll be 39 on September 1. I am 5' 10" and weigh 215 at the moment.
