Default New here

Hello. I have lifted weights for a few years and I just got the green light to start weight lifting again after a six month layoff due to an injury.
I need to lose 35 pounds. I'm here to track my macros and keep track of my weight loss and muscle gain.

Welcome Robb! Always nice to have another who believes in weight lifting onboard. What is your age, height and current weight (if you don't mind us knowing).

Hi. I don't mind at all. I am 38, I'll be 39 on September 1. I am 5' 10" and weigh 215 at the moment.
