Default Howdy HO!!!

Recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic, 120 pounds to lose (started at 150). Using fitday to keep track of calories.

Musician, old fart, liberal, agnostic, childfree, love kitties and my beloved. Used to fly before I was priced out.

Going to go get on the bike. Even though good ghod I do not want to. At ALL.

You sound like you have lots of spunk & focus and so will meet your final goal. If I understand right, you lost 30 lbs?!
