I never thought about looking on Youtube for exercise videos. I will have to check that out. I did quit WW because of the money, and I do take my multi vitamin every day. Thank you all for your advice!

Been reading the post and there is a lot of positive advice here. I am trying to keep a daily food journal. It is sometimes problem, but it's worth while. I find I am consuming to many calories. Will have to be more careful on my food choices. Everyone hang in there and the weight will come off. Make a positive attitude your daily habit Darrel |
