Hi everybody. My name is April, and I'm getting ready to married for the 3rd time. I absolutely refuse to walk down the aisle in a size 24 wedding dress! I've recently had a huge change in my activity level due to 4 herniated discs in my spine. I don't believe in using artificial sweeteners or fake fats. I also cannot stand eating most vegetables. Put this all together and I've got a rough road ahead of me. I know it's possible, I've just got to find the right balance for me.

Maybe we can help you learn to appreciate veggies - there are a bunch of recipes in the food section. I know lots of members have rediscovered veggies they didn't think they liked by learning a new cooking method, like roasting instead of boiling or steaming.
Check you the food section and maybe post a question about veggies for the non-veggie eater
