Going Vegan
Hi everyone, my name is Alexia and I decided to go vegan, after doing a loooong research on nutrition for my graduation project (I am an architect, but that's a long story) and watching Earthlings.
I am using Fit Day to make sure that I am getting all the nutrients I need. For me the issue is to get all the calories instead of reducing them, as I am 1.65 m and 49 kg and I am a huge cheese lover, so this is basically where I got all my calories from before.
I have also been practicing yoga and meditation the past month (stretching mainly) and it helps me breathe a lot better
Any other vegans around here, I would love to hear from you

Hi Kathy,
Nice "meeting" you! Thank you for the advice I am thinking to start exploring new flavors instead of looking for substitutes. This way I will -hopefully- feel more creative in the kitchen, than deprived At least that's what the friendly vegans advice in their forums. We will see how it goes..
