New to the forum
Hi, My name is Lisa. I'm new to this forum. I've been using Fit Day to track my calories for a month now and have lost 10lbs. I only have three more pounds to hit my goal.
I'm a big fan of eating clean. I love clean whole foods. Nothing processed and not artificial sweeteners of any kind. I avoid sugar completely except for an occasional piece of dark chocolate and wine. I gave up wine for lent and don't really miss it. I did at first but now I'm getting used to it. I believe the wine was a result of the 10lbs. I'm happy to have found another forum and look forward to getting to know some of you. |
