hi, every one
 
I'm new and ready to get this extra person off of my. (my fat) I an about 220 and want to be 120 by the end of this journey. My measurements are horrific to say the least.:eek:

I don't know about making realist goals yet but I'm going to try and lose a inch off hips and tummy, in one week. When I measure myself again then I will know know if that's realist or not and adjust it from there. I guess it's kinda like a science project of my body, plus I want to write a weight loss book to inspire and help others. If any one has story's to share of whats worked for them short term or long term would love to hear about it. I will not put it in to my writing with out your permission and of course it will have your name on it. Thanks for the help, hoping to lose a lot of weight in this process.:)
