I am new to fitday
 
I am currently doing Weight watchers and also "like" Tamra Barney on facebook who suggested to her followers on fb to do Fitday, I love her so I decided to check it out. Are there any suggestions on navagating and tracking on this site. I want to do both, but I am lost on this site. Thank you

Sandi, make sure you check out the Best of Series. There's a wealth of information to be found there. And if you can't find what you're looking for there, always feel free to ask.

The best thing is to settle down with a cuppa coffee and press every tab and button. Its a great site !

If you are a chart and graph person, this is the site for you! I am nearing the end of my weight loss, so the weight is coming off slowly... but being able to see the graphs and the charts has saved me through countless "non-loss weeks".

Another suggestion I have is to sit down with all the food you "normally" eat and input it as "Custom Foods" - If you are like most people you probably eat most of the same food throughout the month. So take the time to input YOUR foods under custom foods. Makes your logging very easy. Just get that nutritional label from your foods and start tracking.
