A newbies success
Hello everyone, I've been using the fit day tools for 4 weeks now and lost already 15 pounds...so it works...I'm really happy... the trick for me was to drink lots of water... hydrate as much as possible...and realizing how much you eat in a day...mostly because your thirsty!!! anyhow I'm definitely keeping at it... I still have 60 lbs to lose!!!

Great job i also have had success, yes drinking lots of water is a huge help,also having to type what you eat and holding yourself accountable also plays a big part, 15 pounds down 60 to go you'll get there in no time congrats!
