Tubby owns up
OK Here we go.
I'm currently 260lb, 2010-2011 managed to drop from 274 (my peak) to 218, sadly most of it has gone back on again.
I love sport and fitness and have many fitness goals, getting this fat is probably my way of punishing myself.
I plan to turn things around now, hopefully this site and some like-minded people will help me get into good habits.
I posted a pic, nowhere to hide now, I knew I was carrying some weight but that pic shows me just why I feel lethargic and sluggish.
So let's get on with it, good luck everyone...

Hey I recognize that gut! I had one similar. Don't worry Fierynem, you've come to the right place!
A good way to get situated with both the Discussion Board and FitDay program is to visit this link:
FAQ's/Newbie Q & A, How To's, Supporting Links & Tips
And, we have a really nice list of resource threads here, called the FitDay Best of Series
If you have any additional questions we are always here to assist.
Finally, we hope that you decide to "stick around" the Forums. We have a terrific community that is very warm and inviting.
Best wishes!
