Wink New...to forums

I've used FitDay on and off for about 4 years with great success. However, the past few years have been tough in terms of weight and fitness- I've traveled a lot and gotten married. I'm a health professional and incidentally I'm very frustrated with some of my colleagues' attitudes toward overweight people. I am worried about increasing prejudice against overweight people in our society. I'm interested in hearing peoples' stories- whether in the above vein or not. I try to be an encouraging and non-judgmental voice and I appreciate the same from others. So... hello!

FitDay is a great piece in my life of becoming more fit -- and it sounds as if it's been the same for you. Hope to see you around on the forums.
Best Wishes, Luv
