Mother of 4 newbie!!!

Hello all!!
Completely new to FD, but not new at all trying to lose weight. :(
I joined a gym and had a personal trainer last year and did very well until I lost my child care and home support. My back flared up and I went spiriling downhill.

A little overview of me:
I am a Momma of 4 children-3 girls and a son. :) I run my own online store on Facebook- All Things Home by Jessi Kaye so my lifestyle is pretty sedentary.

Of course, there is the running after my 16 month old son, lol!

I also have back/spine issues that sometimes will flare up and cause diblitating pain.

What prompted me to join was a photo of me in the local newspaper. I was disgusted.
So now I am on the Cleveland Clinic diet and looking for a slow and steady weight loss.
It's difficult for me to go to a gym, as I have no support at home. I had a brain fart today to check the On Demand programs...low and behold there are fitness routines that I can do right at home!

All that being said, I'm looking for new friends, support and tips.

Hope to see you around! :D

Welcome jessikaye01,
Working at home can be a trial for trying to get control over eating habits - especially with lots of kiddos running around. But it sounds like your are pretty determined. Check out the women's section. Lots of laughs, support, and guidence. See you there!

FitDay forums have been a great encouragement to me. Hope you can stick around & pop in on other threads!
