I have drop ffom 250 lbs in March 2011 to 172 today, Wow, feel so much better, was rescently taken off my Blood pressure and Cholesterol Medications.It was accomplished thru daily Spinning and using Fitdays to log my diet and calorie intake and calories burned,and exercise thanks so much to a wonderful site, much appreciated .

That is awesome, what an accomplishment. You lost a child in weight. That is amazing.
I will say spinning intimidates me but the calorie burn from one class is impressive. Congrats.

That's great! A little exercise and portion control, tracked with FitDay is THE answer for weight loss. Keep up the great work. :)

It's nice to "meet" you! You're at a weight at which I have my eye on for the end of this year - and so you inspire me to keep onward.
